Another thing I'd highly recommend is talking to property managers on BP to get some feedback-- it's probably very rewarding and can produce income without many starting costs, but it does come with headaches.By thinking about your next steps, you're already on the right track.

If your door won't close all the way or keeps getting stuck, there could be a few things causing it – maybe the tracks need cleaning or there's an issue with the opener.

STR in those areas do well year round because of fall colors and ski resorts and snow mobiling if they are on a lake, but on the flip side you are paying significant more because they serve dual purpose.  

I keep track of everything in a spreadsheet and am watching and learning how this specific market is reacting to rates, motivated sellers, first time home buyers, and investors.

Sounds like you're on the right track if you are already BRRRRing properties.
