When he went to draft up the contract he made it a Confessions of Judgement contravr in which I waive all my rights and if any of my "associates or friends" talked about him I'd have to pay half a million per offense, and he could easily claim a violation happened that never did to collect half a million dollars and I wouldn't be able to do anything about it.He consistently threatened me with legal action into trying to get me to accept that crazy contract.

All the freelance sites basically provide the same low quality results (they usually have sites where they farm backlinks) and can increase the "toxicity" of your site but for pennies on the dollar of what local companies charge, it's not a bad start.The best way to increase SEO over time is Blog posting though, and it's free.

They pretend like the overcharges are a mistake on my part, but we did not agree to any of those extra charges and it was in the thousands of dollars.

You can also, "pay for keys." you would say something like "hey if you leave in 10 days, I will give you $500 dollars, but I have to see all of your stuff out and nothing destroyed to the property."

I am a rookie with only 1 rental property as a house hack and I was using rent redi as my payment software until I realized that it charges the tenant a 10 dollar fee every time so goes and pays rent and I don't like that at all if I already paying them every month through my pro membership.

There is an 18billion dollar gas plant that is being built in Brownsville on the Port and is expected to bring in 5k new jobs. https://gcaptain.com/nextdecade-finalizes-18-billion-investm...I'm also told that Rio grande valley is booming in growth around areas like Mcallen and brownsville.
