Lessons learned?

Again, this is very much a lesson learned from C-class investing in old urban properties in the Rust Belt. 

Kind of out in the middle of nowhere, but my son just started college at Tarelton and we live in CA, so its on my radar now...university has plans for big growth in the next 5-10 years. 

Understand you are doing reviews in various forums and posts to help people with your reviews of their businesses.My roommate right after college in Houston.

I’ve learned a valuable lesson.

Since "Retirement Communities" are really nothing but Boarding Houses for the elderly, and we can see what Covid 19 is doing in the Retirement Communities, do we really need to learn this lesson all over again? 

I thought I did my due diligence but needed to do more due diligence - learned a huge lesson.
