You can go to local meetups, you could learn from a coach who's doing deals and has experience to see if you can raise money helping him.  

Obviously, I have a great deal of knowledge about our systems, curriculum, and business processes because I helped create them over the past 14+ years.I can also introduce you to numerous students of ours in Los Angeles who have been through our coaching program and are successful investing there locally.I know they will give you a lot of insight into the program and our events.
