I'm correcting the misinformation you are posting and trying to get further clarification on what you are posting.

As for the rest of it, you can find a lot of useful tips on past forum posts along with podcasts and youtube material on the topic (BP and other RE sources).We've self managed STRs for a few years.

It would be considered to be the safest end of the spectrum.  

I've been on at least a half dozen posts on BP where people try to explain-away the fact that they broke the law. 

If the interest rates go up to around 7% again do the numbers still work for the remainder of the loan? 

That if I kept the rental.

@Nicholas A. your shotgun approach has a high probability of getting the exact quality you put into it.95%+ of real estate agent, many of them posting they are "investor-friendly", only know how to deal with owner-occupied transactions. 

I can pay it make my money and still feel the buyers agent didn't warrant the money when brought in at the end of the deal.
