The biggest opportunity in Austin, Texas is buying significantly under market value.

And even if they do, they have to be fairly motivated to be willing to do so (even if you've built rapport and all that good stuff).If they are motivated, usually that means the property needs work and they almost certainly won't lend over and above what you buy the property for.

@Shannon Vistisen I would say this, unless you know everything that is tied to that entity, buy the property alone.

I was trying to work with them to buy more property in different markets and get it under a Master Lease with them but they have been really picky.

Nobody forced you to buy a property as a investor you are entitled to do your own research and due diligence.

You should just buy in Georgia...that’s it!

I believe he shouldn't have let you buy this building unless you fully knw what you are getting yourself into.

BTW, there is a lot of angry homeowners receiving lots of calls from investors to buy their homes cash... 

My method has always been to call every listing that hit 90 days on market in areas that I want to buy.

They are not buy and hold forever type properties.
