I can’t begin to tell you how many newer trucks I see at Walmart that are developing a cancerous rust coming through over the rear wheel wells .

The Thrifty Warehouse near the West End also has lots of stuff from Home Depot and Walmart.

Tenants go to Walmart, 711, CVS etc to make payments and it goes into our account within a few days. 

Go away from the 'walmart' of STR and find someone local.

The recent slowdown in imports has also helped major retailers including Walmart, Target, and Costco clear the excess inventories they accumulated last year.

The funny thing is that I have another rental property in Baltimore County - a much newer home and in a much nicer area outside the beltway, near a major bus route and shopping center (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, etc.), yet I have very few market applicants interested, even though it's being offered at the market rent.  

In my market 2 Wal-Mart cashiers could afford a 3/1.  

Walmart isn't giving away free groceries.

Walmart just changed their minimum to $11 per hour.

I try to deter cash and request anyone wishing to pay cash to get a money order or go to Walmart and get a check there.
