Move the stove off the peninsula as the rest of the kitchen connects to an outside wall.

They were in the upstairs bathroom cabinets (and possibly the wall behind the cabinets). 

You can vent horizontally out the wall.

I used the paint to repaint a brick wall and repair a wall a plumber created an access hole for.

Keep in mind you will likely need to open a few interior walls to pull it off.

Typically, the hoa is responsible for failure of Their pipes, the "common" pipes in between walls and ceilings.  

Add a cast iron or aluminum fence around the pool for safety and charge rent high enough to include a pool company to maintain...maybe, I do not have a rental with a pool (above is our pool) but I could see it being quite a plus if safe and easy for tenants.
