I would love to have a vacation home where the costs are subsidized by short term rentals, but I personally believe that the short term market is volatile right now with the fact that every state, county and city are coming up with their own rules and laws towards AirBNB's / VRBO's, and it seems like with every mayoral change those laws are at risk of changing.
