They are easy and quick to find by scrolling through looking for the red highlighting.Oh -- I did the same for the 2014 Washington State Supreme Court decision related to RCW 61.34.

Monitoring, invoicing, expenses, PnL are all viewable by class and the data entry looks always the same - - no scrolling about to find JoeDoe @ Elm St.Now say your growing by leaps-n-bounds and have TEN properties - - OMG, EXCEL becomes untenable IMO while QB is still the same, simple presentation as it was on day one.

I recommend looking at past editions of the AOA (Apartment Owners Association) magazine on their website:http://aoausa.com/magazine/index.phpYou can scroll down, on the right side they have archived past magazines you can read.AOA is very informative about CA landlord tenant laws, and changes to the laws, but it will be limited to whatever they write their articles about that month.
