While I don't have any experience owning mobile homes, I'd be happy to discuss anything and everything about the area.Mobiles are popular with seniors and snow birds in the area.  

(think all the Canadian snow birds) for these very reasons.And its a nice little cottage industry for the locals

Travis,How in the world do you rate living in Hawaii while the rest of us Hoosiers are currently buried in snow at the moment?

Visited about two years ago.I am guessing you will be glad the snow is melting soon!

I'll be there providing we don't get snowed in again...I suggest checking them out, as it has been very informative for me personally.

I cant believe it but we had snow in north alabama today.

I don't know how or if they calculate loads in the south, but in snow country, if there is concern over weight of shingles on a roof, whether one layer or three, your roof is severely under built.That said, I'm still a proponent of tear-off every time.

We even used to go up in the logging roads and play in the snow with our dog.

I have seen things slow down for myself in my market this winter too as far as requests for advertised units and we didn't get all that much snow here this year  or an abnormal amount of cold weather either.
