Two things.One if buying a package deal make sure each house stands on its own merits.

I like the suggestion of looking for an independent stucco contractor but absolutely only use licensed contractors in good standing.

The lender will also have to research the HOA to make sure they are in good financial standings, no current lawsuits, and the owner occupancy rate of the complex.

Once you figure out if its even feasible from a legal stand point you can get estimates for the construction etc... to get your ROI. 

My level of quality is high, I stand behind my work, I've been in business over 8 years, its easy to get ahold of me, I'm not going anywhere...That being said, if someone in my area needs a referral of a subcontractor or electrician, plumber, hvac guy...I'd be happy to help if I can.  

Of course not as good as MLS, but a decent stand-in. 

As it stands right now, I have to manually input missing data on my lists in order to generate results.
