There are more unopened email than there are opened lead emails.We desperately need a team to handle all this.I keep saying this.

Desperately need advice!

There are definitely spots where I buy, where I desperately want more houses, but they are hard to come by.

Because of this I am here desperately asking any and all NY landlords/real estate investors for a recommendation of a landlord attorney who in your experience with them has demonstrated a majority of the above mentioned traits/skills.

Some are desperate and don't care if they harm sellers...anything for a buck.

If the way you verify facts is any indication on how you screened your PM...You are in desperate need of a new PM...

In other words, you are upset because there is an obstacle (somebody like me) that is in the way of you low-balling somebody that is in a desperate situation to buy their home cheap, move it somewhere else, and sell it for profit.  

Too many people tying up desperate sellers with no end buyers and no understanding why that is wrong to do.

The spindly support post desperately needs to be fatter and more prominent.

I don't necessarily need to find desperate buyers or broken homes.
