This can feel awkward, but it's so important if you want to achieve your goals with real estate investing. 

Yeah I think I phrased this one awkwardly, but stopped being lazy and just looked at my old closing docs.

The meeting is run like a class, usually with a couple presenters, so it's not those awkward stand around and try to figure out who to shake hands with type of formats.
