Since it will eventually be a rental property and you'll have to hire someone to cut the grass anyway (I assume there's grass😂) would trimming the hedges add a lot to the expense, or add a lot to the desirability of the property?

Also, if you can do a renovation and pull money out to pay it off, I think that would be ideal.Another idea would be to utilize other people's money for the renovation and then pay them back whatever rate they desire through a simply interest note.How is the STR doing in the Smokies?

I have done a ton of research and travel, and mild obsessing, and these are the destinations I have narrowed in on.By no means am I an expert, and everyone has different opinions and desires for what they want in a destination.For me, I prefer now non-touristy, tropical, authentic, safe(ish), and good bang for your buck.

There are some other zips like 32205, 32207, 32246, and 32244 that can provide great cash flow and are positioned in some slightly more desirable, less crime ridden areas.
