And as someone who used a quad every week for work for 10 years and so has loaded one hundreds of times the lower the ramp angle the safer it is and if you saw the presentation the ramp slides out of the tail gate and is full width so if you slip sideways your not going to run a wheel off of the skinny ramps we had to use in those days.. ..

I suspect 30 years is not going to fly with almost 99% of sellers.. so be prepared for a 5 to 10 year balloon payment to pay them off.as others have stated dont let the low interest tail wag the dog.. also running % profits is great but look at the gross proceeds its still very low amounts of money that only benefit you if you have a lot of these going on its hardly life changing..

If I never wanted to be active in operations, I'd drop off a check to a RMLO at 10-12% and sit back, go ride my bike bar hopping, I have a pro taking care of my money and his tail can be responsible.BTW, Joe, I am a bean counter....educated, but I'm not 4' 11" at 92 pounds, I'm just over 6' and over 205 pounds, not really little.
