Sellers can detect weakness (your post is full of it) and when things sound weak they request you to "show strength" so you can put up or shut up.  

As long as my calculated escrow balance matches the banks, I know it's done correctly.Annually I have a Excel template where I plug in the amounts paid each month, amount of interest each month, amount going into escrow, amounts paid out of escrow, compared to the 1099 to detect any errors.

If it is a small town police department, maybe the case is assigned to an officer or detective.

I wasn't aware of a mechanism that turns off water or furnace/AC when a leak is detected... that sounds great!

Years down the road, if oil is detected in the ground, they could come back and seek damages against you.NOT legal advice but I definitely wouldn't touch it.

@Bill BaldwinI know longer use ehomes they turned into a nightmare I use a guy buy the name of Daniel Mena and he is beyond fantastic and he is a former detective. 

You have to have a persistent behavior like a detective at times to get a hold of these people. the best advice I will preach is ,show empathy and understanding of their problems, not greed!!

If not, you may want to think twice before jumping onto someone else's ship.You can also detect bad advice by asking yourself how the advice affects your focus.
