I've been to homes for sale where at the same time I was their the buyers had roofers, electricians, heating contractor, gardeners and general contractors inspecting every inch of the property.Before you get in too deep I would post all the numbers and lets have a look.

The standard size from Home depot will not fit.

Instead, I would suggest seeing if you can find a 'caretaker' / renter who wants a parking & garden space for their self-contained tiny home on wheels, trailer or rv.  

Home Depot and other places, have started carrying some very nice "looking" formica tops and they'll last a long time.

A pretty creative way to find contractors, if you're not too shy, is to go to Home Depot early in the am, between 6 & 8.

My handyman said he has never used the sheet laminate I see in Home Depot so right now can’t do that.
