if you have a comercial building . you can actually get prefab tops from china. preecut ready too install. all you need to do is get a grinder and cut the sink out. as far as prizes tri state area is expensive compare to other states . ny,nj,ct. you probably pay around 37-50 in some cases. the cheaper the prize the cheaper the quality.
