if you have a comercial building . you can actually get prefab tops from china. preecut ready too install. all you need to do is get a grinder and cut the sink out. as far as prizes tri state area is expensive compare to other states . ny,nj,ct. you probably pay around 37-50 in some cases. the cheaper the prize the cheaper the quality.

I know guys who voted for Trump because they really thought he was going to bring big steel back here, with zero understanding of the current scale of steel production and going steelworking wages in South Korea and China.
