If you buy as an LLC it will have to be a commercial loan & will spike your interest rate.

I would suggest putting in some kind of spikes or landscape rocks to damage the truck if he drives on the lawn, or hire a couple bikers to go have a "talk" with this guy.

When interest rates spike, banks have people that just comb through records to be able to call loans to re-lend the money to someone else at a higher rate, or to force a refi with the LLC at a higher rate.
