I'm still in the browsing stage and I'm focusing on the French Quarter, Marigny, Treme, Garden District, Ferret, Milan, etc.Any other areas you think I should look into?

I definitely did call about 20+ lenders by just browsing through wholesaler emails with lender's info in their signature.

Spend time learning about real estate investing by reading books, browsing forums, and watching webinars. 

I do suggest browsing around and getting quotes from others to find what you are comfortable with.Ultimately a series LLC would probably be the most beneficial but it depends on your circumstances and what you want out of it.

I suggest browsing around to work with a CPA, be it in person or remotely, and find one who has experience with real estate.

When you are in the heat of any emergency and your nerves may be shot, is not the time to be browsing in a search engine to find the phone number for the police..EMT:The same holds true for having preset numbers for ambulances and other first responders.

Also consider working with a CPA remotely and browse around before settling.

I'd rather do a little research, browse online similar listings, and copy them.
