Quit claim deed parents to me

Posted

My parents are transferring their home to me, but I would like to put in an LLC. I have my personal home in my name. I have another home my parents are living in (mom disabled and needs 1 story home.). The third house is my parents old home that is being rented out. It is currently in mom and dads name, but they would like to transfer to me. No mortgage. I was planning to put it under an LLC. The grantor would be parents and grantee would be the LLC. It is purely a transfer of name, no cash. I currently pay all the bills for my parents (insurance, taxes, etc.). We live in Florida. Seems like the paperwork is easy to fill out according to the county website. Any thoughts?
