You’ll probably want one that has an on-premise NVR (box that all the cameras record to), so you’re really only using the bandwidth for when you need to log in and view something.

Unbelievably (or quite believably in TX) the RE agents (sellers and mine) refused to fill out the TREC contract with the sellers contact information -- they wouldn't fill it in and I spent all day stating you can't leave boxes in a contract blank (special kind of stupid class 101) and expect someone to sign it.

If you want to check, maybe buy a couple of daylight and a couple of 2700 K ones at the store, and try them out at your house.This rating (the color temperature) is not always on the front of the LED lamp box.

Our offer (with ALL contingencies in place, and non-rushed contingency timelines to boot) checked all the seller's boxes, and was accepted the next day.

I did however see the address of the LLC being listed as a PO box.
