If there's not enough volume to justify your own dedicated dumpster, or no physical space for the dumpster, it's a possible solution.I don't know if it's compliant with the letter of the law, but for these sorts of things I act rationally and create a paper trail to document effort ... and leave it up to someone else to object.

It's not that much $$$, but it will give you great insights into the health and condition of your drain lines - if you needed to replace your lines (either under a concrete slab or pier/beam foundation), it will take a good amount of money to get them repaired.
