Simply state with as little emotion as possible, what they did or said, how that made you feel, and how it affects the performance of the workplace.

I am open to all areas that aren’t complete war zones and that are no more than about 30 minute drive from my current work place.

I am lucky enough to have three friends that are willing to sign at least one year contracts to rent out the additional rooms as they want to be closer to their workplaces.

That way,  if I DO need to pursue to sue them,  I have an address and workplace to start from.  

Same thing could happen in the workplace if you were a young boss to older workers, so it’s not limited to the rental business.)Should it be an issue?
