Within your workplace there is a place for assigning tasks, work log, and sharing work.

I have shifted my house to Alberta as that would be somewhat near to my work place instead making me travel a lot normally.

I am going to sound really classist here, and may get flamed for it, but it is the truth......Most LLs have either been to college and work in a professional capacity, so we have the disposable income to invest, or have been in the workplace long enough to learn professionalism. 

You might have to deal with their shoddy work, claims for workplace injuries, and IRS penalties.

You will share your story at the workplace water cooler, dinner parties, the local coffee shop.  

I don't have kids and my workplace is in the Plaza, so I don't have to be in a good school district, but I do want to live in a new/newer construction house and want this house to be a good investment.

The $1,000 electric service upgrade will include a new 125 or 200 amp breaker box (depending on if I decide to go electric or not with the new appliances)and breakers, a new meter box, a new riser pipe and leads and the electrician to pull the permits and do all the work (side job for my workplace's admin's husband).
