@Aracely Rivera The fact you have done this 4 other times shows that the grit and willpower is there.

It will take time, effort, energy, will power, nerve, everything you've got and what you never thought you had inside to make it happen, become successful and build a better and brighter future for your family.

I can lift more and run farther.In the last week or two, though, I've had trouble keeping up my willpower, which is the main reason I'm posting this now.

What if the deceased didn't have an estate, will, power of attorney, or anything of the sort?

This is not because of laziness or willpower.

If you have the willpower to take it slow and steady then I can see it working out.

I can go to motivational seminars and even ask Michael for advise himself but the reality is I can never make this happen because willpower and motivation can only go so far .

SO on this thread I am guessing you have those that dont make a ton of money monthly but have the will power to save and invest.. those are investors who are relying on real estate to float their boat..
