And even a good PM will not watch your money like you do.

Using all Cash can make us lazy so we need to watch out for that.  

To clarify another point @Tiarnan Gormley: I EMPHATICALLY disagree with any & all advice being given of: sit-tight..... wait..... be patient.... watch paint dry..... do nothing.....

I've watched several "Webinars" (pretty sure they're just hyped up YouTube videos and not what I would consider a webinar) right here from BP that are really just a push to become a "PRO" and gain access to all the tools.

That's super helpful, and always something to keep in mind and watch out for. 

Greg,You are correct I made some opinions based on reviews and a youtube video I watched where the first thing the gentleman said is "We are Not a lender".

I'm not always opposed to some of these measures, but I am objectively looking at how this will affect investing decisions.I agree, the reclassification of vacation rentals to commercial property is the big issue I'm watching.
