It has a massive amount of Bachelor and Bachelorette parties come through.I haven't done the math, but looking into the tourist rates here and comparing against STR's through AirBnB, my guess would be even though there is a lot, it may not cover all the tourist needs.Since this is a music town as well, a lot of musicians come in from LA or NY and need month-month agreements so there's that market too.Hope this helps!
