There are lots of views and saves so people are looking.Maybe remove the pictures of the barn and carport/workshop because viewers may expect it to look as nice as the home and the surrounding natural landscaping. 

Everyone in Wake County viewer this house since it was priced so low but most were turned off by the work required.

I can agree that a 10k price drop isn't going to attract any newer buyers or previous viewers.

This not only exposes your rental to others, it enables viewers to share it with their contacts and expand your reach.

In Columbus county, for instance, this is the case and there is a download button from the parcel GIS viewer. 

I've gone to the MAP Parcel viewer website, but I can not seem to find where it is listed if a property is tax delinquent.

This can take about 3 weeks.Parcel viewer can show you a general outline, but not exact of flood plains. 

Although I love the idea of an updated kitchen, and the pics would certainly help draw viewers in of our listing, it feels a little tight to just have 2 showers for 10 people.  

Go premium or your listing will lose a lot of viewers.
