People’s Republic of Asheville is more concerned with STR regulations than people living in boxes on the streets.

However, I happen to own 2 houses already on that street of older small 2/1s including the one next door that I purchased last summer in updated condition with a good long term tenant in place for $25k!!! 

Post the numbers and the street.  

Rehab is nice so I don't think that will be a concern, this is also off street parking so ones with garage will be favored more if you are priced the same. 

Add two more bedrooms and you're on easy street.

Basically this complex is six unit three-story and all one bedroom with 700 sq. ft. each. and street parking (no parking garage) Please let me know what additional info I need to provide to better helm me on this project.thank you
