I'm Val, I'm a full-time therapist, part-time photographer and everyday creative looking to translate my skill set into house flipping and landlording.

Outdoor movie projectors photograph very well to but are sometimes a headache with guests dealing with them. 

She also works with a bunch of veterans so she's used to having to communicate remotely and work around schedules.

Just about anything North of Chinden and East of Veteran's Parkway.

I bought a property for my family and I with the Veterans Affairs Loan in 2017 and that was scary.

I have never had a army veteran as an applicant.

Are any veterans already doing this that might suggest elsewhere ?

I just wanted to ask the community whether this is a strategy people are thinking about and I am curious about how veterans have taken advantage of opportunities like this in the past.
