I live in the Sacred Valley and have lived in Cusco.

So the current situation I have is what route to take, I am currently looking a potential townhome for 500k in the salt lake valley 5.1% interest rate on a FHA with 3.5 down. 3 bed 3 bath, unfinished basement.  

Jane Chaname, of Remax Results in Moreno Valley, said she lost a listing because of the tax-lien provision.

I prefer San Tan Valley.

I walked away from a successul 20-year career as an HR Director in Silicon Valley to do this full fime and I have nearly replaced my corporate income.

So my 5 bedroom new construction on top of the mountain with phenomenal views is lumped in with a 30 yr old 5 bedroom 1/4 mile away in the valley surrounded by trees.  

Move up past 6 /12 with valleys and dormers and it goes up quite a bit more .

Hey All,We are looking at purchasing a deal in the east valley of Phoenix, Arizona in Mesa.

I'm thinking Sacramento, maybe Central Valley (Turlock was suggested by my local agent).

I live in Goodyear so somewhere in the west valley is preferred but I'm willing to work anywhere in Phoenix really.Any suggestions?
