This may be what Zillow and Auction.com are doing.With court documents online and free legal notice aggregation sites, it's already pretty easy without relying on a third party's data collection accuracy and ulterior motives.

Like others, it is pretty easy to know who is good after awhile and who has ulterior motives...

they helpkeep you accountablesomeone(s) to bounce ideas off ofencourage you when you're stuckhelps you ask questions that you might not have thought aboutsomeone else to talk to besides your spouse or business partner that doesn't have ulterior motivesmakes you want to do more or get more done when some in your group is kicking buttI'm not currently a part of a mastermind group for RE Investing, but I was in the past for other business endeavors.

Full disclosure there is an ulterior motive to leaving, my wife and I grew up here and when I got out of the Army we were searching for a place to call home.

But of course, if she has ulterior motives, such as those that Chavonne has described, she's not going to tell me.

It might be that my "ulterior motive" sensor is not operating at 100% but I did not sense "come with me instead" at all.  

Sell what you can't maintain to someone who can and will; that's ultimately the ulterior motive of the ordinance!

I would not pay more than what an investor would pay unless you have some ulterior motive.depends on what type of property as well.. a note buyer is going to look to your strength as the trustor as well to price this baby.
