How have you guys gone about finding a trust worthy PM?

As a young investor, how do I gain credibility, trustworthiness, and understanding between investors when going into deals?

Im looking to do a BRRR or even some lighter renovation and will need someone trustworthy, communicative and good with out of area investors! 

This seems very realistic, honest, and trustworthy.

Now, I would of course be vetting buyers and making sure whoever purchases the deal has a solid track record and is a trustworthy individual/company first, but things happen.

If it's low-income housing, it typically involves higher risk, but if you have good, trustworthy tenants, the hassle of changing locks might not be worthwhile.

Sure, there are going to be people who fail but if you truly try and make your best effort and do your own due diligence by evaluating these properties, inspection, ARV, etc. and really learning the strategy of both BRRR and turnkey fix and flip, it will work.You need to build a strong and trustworthy team on the ground.People nowadays quit the second something gets hard.

A responsive and transparent investor relations team is usually indicative of a trustworthy GP.
