I sent the notice to the tenant's last known address, via certified mail, I cannot prove that the attorney never sent me the address change notice and therefore run the risk of losing the case at trial.

@Devon Moore yikes, that is a bold move to not allow a free trial or testing on there part.

Most offer a free trial, so try it out and if you like it and it does its job, then go with what works best for you.
