My rule of thumb was to not alarm the buyer unnecessarily...no point to it and unprofessional.

Many sounded the alarm back in 2007......problem is not very many listened.

LOL I am kidding but insurance carriers are pulling out of CA at alarming rates.

Keep in mind you can also tweak some of the coverage amounts they send you, and you can sometimes get discounts for certain things like weather resistant windows, security features, fire alarm, etc.
