They've built a "town square" with an outdoor skating rink in the winter and a local theater has opened up near by. 

I didn't realize $50 what such a big deal, considering $50 is what it takes to take a family out to the movie theater these days..but hey, it is what it is.

Might have it's on pool, indoor pool nicer, great rec room/theater room (not just a theater chair and a big tv).  1-bedroom - $175-$250 a night 2-bedroom $230-$400+ a night (an indoor pool can get you anywhere from $75-$200 more a night).

A local movie theater here in Indiana had an infestation.

I turned the old single screen into a more modern two screen theater.

Sounds like El Burrito Minneapolis opens in July and theater in late August (we'll see).  

. :)I understand the freedom of speech stuff, the right to conduct business and commerce, but you can't yell "fire" in a theater and business is regulated for the public good.Too bad it's not a felony to conduct RE education without a license that requires tested knowledge and qualifications of those presenting anything as educational materials or methods of conducting business.

Most of us have settled down in close ring suburbs (East Sac/Land Park Arden/Natomas/South Sac) I'm also involved with a local theater company where I meet a lot of people in their mid to late 20s.

I didn't hear anything back for a couple hours but he came back eventually saying how he appreciated me taking a look and how he put so much toward new siding and some toward a backyard kitchen area and home theater.
