Our restaurant scene has really been blossoming, we have anything you could ever be interested in when it comes to outdoors stuff, great wine community, theater, arts, etc.  

Also a lot of money in the common areas, lounges and lobby.

Lobby and hallways renovated?

I would recommend checking with your landlord association, or state lobby for landlords to find out what the guidance is for for the amount allowed to be charged for early termination in your state. 

Those spaces are being converted to experiential type tenants such as Dave and Busters, movie theaters etc. 

If you believe they are wrong, then get different insurance or lobby on a national level to get that very common policy ruled illegal.

I did a little sleuthing, and found out not only is in on the board of the Real Estate board of NY, but his name is on a plaque hanging in the lobby for people contributing at least $1,000,000 to start the NYU program for real estate.

However, there are a lot of hotels looking to build in and near downtown Waco and you best believe they will start lobbying and pushing their weight around to get STRs banned or regulated as much as possible when they start moving forward with development.

I volunteer to lobby. 

Better have a strong legal/lobbying budget as most incorporated areas won't allow such a use or at least actively discourage it.
