Use tax benefits like depreciation, repair deductions, and tax-free refinance proceeds to offset income, and consider an LLC for liability protection.

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

Just do your due diligence and research before you make any costly decisions. 

Assuming property taxes + insurance added don't go above $1,100 total, you could maybe make this work. 

Much of this is due to the fairly low actual prop tax (rate actually paid) and that there are so many income brackets (many people pay no state income tax). 

View them as bankers who better know how to do due diligence.

I have family in Houston, Dallas, and the Valley, I was networking with brokers in San Antonio, but the Taxes seem to be quite high as well in that State, although much favorable laws/regs on the landlord side.

Mgt, Landscape/Snow, tax, insurance, utility then debt service.
