Supposedly the tenant hasn't paid and she filed for eviction but the judge required the property manager to apply for assistance on behalf of the tenants before proceeding with an eviction.

Well it looks like non-profits are exempt....So I suppose Dope Traffickers will just buy an ongoing concern non profit and operate that with ownership as an IBC (International Business Corporation) in some privacy haven, or Russia, or Yemin or somewhere (if those places have privacy laws???)

This was done to protect senior citizens on fixed incomes from being forced to sell their homes due to unaffordable property tax increases.Since the passing of this amendment, all properties in Michigan have two property tax values associated with them:State Equalized Value (SEV): supposedly equal to 50% of the market value of a property, not based on recent sales price.Taxable Value: the SEV annually capped as long as there is not a transfer of ownership.City Assessors are charged with determining how much property values have changed each year.

One day several weeks after close, they sent me an "invoice" via email with no body, just an attachment with a jumble of line items - It included one of the two items they were getting a quote for me on (new flooring), some but not all of the items they were supposed to fix as part of the contract (with prices even though they were paying), and a few other items I was not familiar with.

If your contractor didn’t finish, then it’s technically unpermitted (permit not signed off by the city inspector), which I suppose is only an issue if you want to sell.

Does the TL get 20% even though:- technically I am not mentioned as being on any team in the brokerage system and the commitment letter has the wrong brokerage logo- I have not signed any other documents/team contracts as the TL never handed me any to sign but was supposed to- my COI/SOI leads have not signed any buyer's/seller's agreements with me but may next yearDo I have to do an exit interview (even though there was no mention of it at any time or in the commitment letter)?

So even if the landlord approves an expungement (deletion), the judge is not supposed to delete it unless the eviction was not legitimate at the time it was filed.
