I understand your frustration and after reading the communication between you and our Property Manager it seemed you all were in agreement And moving toward a resolution, which is why I was stunned by this post.

I’m quite stunned that there wasn’t more reaction to this post...

I know this thread is old but we hold a MeetUp in Davidson at Sabi Asian Bistro the third Wednesday of each month starting at 6:30. 

Try different trade associations such as Asian American Hotel Owners Association and American Hotel & Lodging Association

So the house has been paid off for quite some time, and has stunning views and waterfront access. 

When I started seeing buyers for AH4R and other hedge funds show up at trustee sales, along with the Asian buyers who didn't seem to be hedge fund related but would suck the oxygen out of the building with their dominance... man, I saw it was time for a change.

Please seek the advise of a local attorney who specializes in landlord/tenant law and not those of us in other areas that are stunned by a $4500 relocation fee!!!
