In cases where things are completely removed, I have charged the whole amount depending on what the situation is, you take all the knobs off something like a stove, I am charging for replacement.  

Remove the stove from the basement, and you should be good to go.

Most stoves would be one burner doesn’t work (they can probably live with that.) otherwise I’d replace if it if larger issue.

They paid for a new glass top for the stove, repair to the counter tops and replacement of ALL of the hardwoods on the first floor.  

All appliances (washer dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove), paint thru the unitDo you think it's doable for under 15k for labor, material, appliances?  

The home is small and old but everything is working as far as water (public), septic tank, stove, electric, etc.It does look outdated though (and in my opinion ugly), so I’m thinking of perhaps replace it with another used mobile home that’s in good condition and built at least in the 90s.My plan is to live there and flip it after a year or so.

Is it at the point yet where its the equivalent of eating tide pods or putting your hand on a hot stove or pouring bleach in your eyes (or whatever else kids do nowadays).

I recommend doing as much yourself as possible so you have control over removing the criticals like toilet, sink, shower for as short a time as possible.We just did an 8-week kitchen reno and only missed our sink and stove for 2 days.
