But I do know he spent a lot on attorney fees and paid a fairly stiff fine.Oregon is small enough that if your turned in your going to get investigatged I know contractors that screwed up in the deep recession and got banned for life in Oregon.

Michaela,I agree with you, but it will boil down to the GC get stiff by the home owner or get paid for work that he did a judge may have to decide, and the GC can put a lien on the 10% the bank is holding, and it could turn into a mess until a court decides.Joe Gore
