Let me add, family isn't necessarily valued amongst us.Second fold, I have a friend who I worked with in the past and still keep contact with, who is by far one of the most stellar salesmen I've seen in a while.

While I have not done business with him, I have heard stellar commentary regarding his services.

There can be exceptions (like this year we had a stellar condo price growth), but most of the time they lag in price appreciation, and in case of downturn first one to get hit.I will stay away from Aberdeen or rural WA, unless you really know your stuff.

It doesn't seem to me that I need something as advanced as Quickbooks, was thinking about Quicken 2016 Rental Property Manager which by the name seems well suited to the Real Estate business but the reviews are less than stellar (mostly software instability issues).

You could end up waiting years for that while you enjoy the stellar returns of bank interest and get to write a nice profit share check to you silent partner Uncle Sam (right @Steve Vaughan?).
