If you’re looking for where to land and buy a primary to house hack, it really depends on a few key things that are specific to you: job location, budget, family/schools if applicable, preferences as far as being walking distance to restaurants vs. at the end of a long dirt road with acreage, plains or mountains, hobbies, lifestyle, skiing/snowboarding, rivers, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, single or married, spirituality (looking at you Crestone) etc.

Whatever causes us to be dependent on someone else for decisions or resources we could provide for ourselves weakens us spiritually and retards our growth toward what the gospel plan intends us to be."

This is a big part of why I like real estate investing and entrepreneurship...if put in practice, it helps change my mindset and helps me become not only a successful person in business, but in my personal and spiritual life as well.

If the glass is too thick here, maybe you move over there and it is thinner( different business plan)  If I was your mentor I would say to understand if this is  a challenge that needs to be overcome, or a natural/spiritual/subconsious driver trying to turn you in a different direction.   

For real estate - my 90 day goal is to get through my current closing and get tenants in before the snow flies.I’ve also started making family oriented, spiritual, and physical 90 day goals!

Then you will get the experience of selling deals to some of the people that fund you and help out other members of your spiritual community. 

I received a spiritual calling this January to share what I do with those interested. 

I now work with clients as spiritual director and psychotherapist (in training), using my own pain an suffering to hopefully help lead others deeply into their own and transform it into something beautiful.

I've learned a lot about the necessity of being able to offer a mentor something in return, and whether that's help, or anything of that sort, I'm a willing participant.Furthermore, I'm a very spiritual person.

I value family,friends,health,spirituality over money.When I was in my 20's I didn't think about time as much and was like I will work,work,work to get ahead.I know people today older in age 60',70's that have extraordinary wealth and would give back most if it to have the time back for life experiences.
