I have a middle aged guy with a disabled son (wheelchair) who wants to move in our unit.

I have a son with special needs and I would like to do this at some time.

The data does not support a crash.We do have an absolute inventory shortage in the US of about 3-5 million units (depending on who's research you want to trust: Goldman Sachs, Attom, Altos CoStar etc) because we have underbuilt for 14 straight years following 2008.

to me its market dependent and hind sight you know what they say.so for me it was selling the 2 homes I had in Palo Alto and one in MIlpitas.Milpitas I bought that brand new for 79k  Palo Alto one of them I paid 180k for and the other 350k.. if I held those until today..
