There is no solving it.. back in the day the homeless were on the rails and where called Hobo's its a culture for many and now with drugs the way they are its gotten worse .. then add in all the people trying to help them and enable them to be homeless never going to change.. cant give free food  and clothing out to people that dont want to work they will just keep doing what they need to do to live and basically its a very lazy way to live.Our nation and leaders have forgotten the truth as old as time: Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

The historic southside in fort worth is such a beautiful neighborhood, it truly has some real value if the city could solve some of the social issues, it has a lot of potential for both residential and commercial investments.

I'm thinking lots in Mexico are probably normally cash buys, so if you can solve that obstacle for someone, you broaden your buyer pool.
