A friend turned me onto Bigger Pockets and A Better Life with Brandon and I feel like I'm trying to soak up as much as I can to learn before making my first real estate moves.

I have been a lurker on these forums and soaked up a lot of knowledge so thank you all.

Whoever would be the best fit for you I would join their group, soaking up all I could and following the steps they found to be successful.   

Otherwise they won’t pay any commissions and you could get soaked out of pocket reimbursing your agent. 

Cat urine will soak into the baseboard, subfloor, drywall etc....anything that has pores.

I'm attending my first meeting on Wednesday couldn't be more excited about soaking up RE knowledge and meeting teams and individuals who are active in my market 

Been trying to soak in as much information as I can through the forum and books, currently reading "Hot to Invest in Real Estate", have read, "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing", "Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth", "Rich Dad Poor Dad", and "The Book on Investing In RE with No (and low) Money Down".

I’m new to real estate and bigger pockets so I’m hoping to soak up as much as I can from other investors. 

The goal is to secure my first deal by the end of 2024.For now I am just soaking it all in and reading the threads of experienced investors on here.Thanks for the advice!
