Further ,we could have “flipped” the property to the same buyer at almost the same price in a matter of DAYS, and would have except that 3 days after our purchase the buyer’s financing was shut down because of the COVID pandemic.  

If I were going to do anything, I would have shut down the entire thread.

FYI, Leadsherpa SMS is shut down and they do not have a timeline for the return.

Pays power but water /sewer are unpaid for 2 years & accruing in my name & they won’t shut off water to an “occupied” house.

They lost hundreds of millions before shutting that part of their business down.

Each apartment should have it's own water, gas, and electric shut off anyway, this is an ideal place to install meters.

If the operation was so successful why shut it down. 

We also know several who got hit hard when lenders shut/slowed down during COVID.

I was shocked as my dad and I had similar openings cut at our properties for ACs in a nearby city and there were no complaints.I made fun of him a little that he should tell his wife just to shut up about the stupid window.

If someone starts to abuse it, we shut them down.
